Poundstretcher is launching Bargain Buys Clearance Shop at its Distribution Centre in West Leicestershire, opening for trade at 9am on Monday 5 October 2026. The shop is located at LE9 2BJ, next to Desford.
The new cashless store will operate Monday to Wednesday, 9am to 3pm each week. Local businesses can purchase in bulk across home, garden, household essentials, bathroom, kitchen, pet and DIY ranges at wholesale prices. Items are sold in cases as part of the retailer's 'When It's Gone, It's Gone' campaign.
The converted 3,000 square foot warehouse will stock hundreds of product ranges sourced from suppliers around the world. Andy Atkinson, CEO at Poundstretcher, said: "The concept came after we were approached by several local businesses, and so we've acted quickly to get this store up and running and ready to trade. It's a fantastic way to continue to offer stunning value and quality products at affordable prices for a new customer base."
Atkinson added: "We've opened 16 new stores since June 2026 alone across the UK, and so it's rewarding to open a brand-new venture on our own doorstep here at our Support Office. For local businesses and wholesalers, this is a smashing offering. We buy products every day from around the world and now our commercial customers can benefit from our vast range, and at even better cost."
